Our design team has helped numerous clients create their dream kitchen or bath. Our renovation team consists of experienced professionals who are obsessed with attention to detail.

Initial Meeting
In order for Tried & True to provide a customized solution for you, we first need to fully understand your needs, wants, dreams, budget and timeline regarding your project. Therefore, we will spend the initial meeting getting to know you and ask a lot of questions about your project. We expect you will want to learn a great deal about Tried & True in order to determine if we are the right company to work with. Therefore, we will be happy to spend as much time as you would like answering any questions you may have about us. During this initial meeting, we would be happy to provide you with a list of references, along with copies of our NJ State Home Improvement Contractors License and our insurance certificate.
Follow up In-Person Meetings and/or Phone Conversations
Prior to coming back to your home, we may find that we need additional information from you in order to create a highly customized proposal. In that case, we will either schedule an appointment to meet or call you in order to gather the additional information we may require.
Proposal Presentation
During this meeting we will present the details of your project - including the design and renovation. We will provide you with a scaled floor plan, 3D design drawings, a materials list with pricing, labor costs, payment terms and a time frame for completion of your project.

Since founding Tried & True, Dave has completed hundreds of projects including kitchen & bath design and remodeling, general construction and historic renovation. Prior to founding Tried & True Home Improvement, Dave owned and operated a sales consulting company. His successes in running both a consulting and home improvement company are based on the same principles - listen to the customer in order to understand their needs and then exceed their expectations. In his spare time Dave enjoys hiking, bicycling and golfing. Dave is very active in his community and runs a weekly group called "Rays of Hope" - which is a support group for friends and families of addicts and alcoholics.
